Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Annalise is the Property Manager at Michigan Plaza, a two-million-square-foot, two-building complex at 205 - 225 N. Michigan Ave. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and the engineering, security and janitorial teams. Annalise supports the General Manager in delivering a high level of service and operational efficiency while ensuring alignment across policies, procedures and day-to-day operations across all building departments. She also assists with oversight of accounting functions, construction projects and tenant engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction. She acts as a liaison between building owners and Transwestern and helps on-site property staff understand and achieve ownership objectives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Annalise joined Transwestern in May 2025. She began her career in commercial real estate in 2021 as an Event Manager at 110 N. Wacker with CBRE. At CBRE, she also played a key role in opening Fulton Labs at 400 N. Aberdeen in 2022, while balancing dual roles as a core member of the property management team and as the manager of the building’s tenant engagement and conference center events. In addition to 400 N. Aberdeen, in early 2024 she was appointed the primary property manager of 1234 W. Fulton.

EDUCATION
Annalise earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Missouri. She is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. In 2026, she was awarded a full RPA Designation scholarship to pursue her RPA designation.
