Andrea Caruso

Andrea is the General Manager of 150 North Wacker, a 260,000-square-foot Class A office tower in the Chicago Loop. Andrea oversees daily operations, including janitorial, engineering, security and admin staff, capital projects, and tenant and building ownership relations. Andrea uses her experience to increase the property's value, maintain an atmosphere that improves tenant satisfaction, and advise and mentor her Asset Services team members.

For over a decade, Andrea has been a dedicated advocate for the property owners and buildings in her charge, including One North Dearborn, 190 South LaSalle, and 303 East Wacker. At One North Dearborn, Andrea was responsible for the regional and international submission of the BOMA TOBY award, resulting in a win in 2020 for the Renovated Building category. At 190 South LaSalle, Andrea spearheaded the seamless transition of the building’s vendor-managed fitness center to be under the control of the on-site property team. She also took a large role in overseeing construction meetings. Construction projects Andrea was involved in included: upgrades to the building’s event and conferencing center, known as the Library; and the execution of a client’s plug-and-play office solution, known as The Hive. At 303 East Wacker, Andrea managed the transition to a new building platform, which included training tenants and on-site staff, and resolving issues related to the transition. She also researched and implemented the installation of a VoIP phone service, resulting in a three-month ROI. Andrea has proven adept at overseeing projects, increasing tenant engagement, and managing staff.

Andrea earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Music Performance. She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
