Andre Wiggins

Andre Wiggins is a senior vice president in the Asset Services group. He is responsible for providing resources and oversight for governmental properties managed by Transwestern, including the Richard J. Daley Center. Additionally, he is the General Manager for 69 West Washington, a 720,000-square-foot building owned by Cook County.

Andre serves as a mentor and leader for Asset Services team members across Transwestern's Chicago governmental properties, providing guidance for both day-to-day and long-term building operations. At 69 W. Washington St., Andre has active involvement in capital projects, accounting issues, day-to-day operations, and he is also a liaison between Transwestern and Cook County.

Andre has been in commercial real estate since 2003. In 2008, Andre became the Assistant General Manager of the 1.5 million-square-foot Richard Daley Center, where he was responsible for the oversight of building operations, accounting reporting functions and daily event activity within the building’s 88,000-square-foot exterior plaza. After becoming the governmental property’s General Manager in 2014, Andre led leasing efforts with the State of Illinois and increased plaza event billing and revenues. He also spearheaded renegotiations with cleaning and engineering service contracts, achieving over $1 million in annual operating savings. Andre also utilized his vast experience to address unique issues, which included sanitation efforts during the pandemic and property preparations ahead of large demonstrations.

In 2022, Andre was promoted to Senior Vice President and took on a new role helping to oversee all Transwestern Chicago Governmental assets. Also in 2022, Andre was instrumental in the lease signing and office reorganization of the Cook County government’s move to 161 N. Clark St., where they now occupy five floors and over 100,000 square feet of space. Andre is known as an active mentor throughout the Transwestern Chicago Asset Services portfolio, and he also leads Transwestern Chicago's Youth Outreach committee.

Andre earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Chicago State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
