Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Amanda currently serves as the Vice President of Asset Services, providing oversight of San Francisco, Peninsula, and Marin. Amanda has full accountability for the performance of the property teams, leasing, construction, and financial operational performance.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Amanda has been working with Transwestern for the past eight years. Amanda has over 20 years of experience in San Franciso and surrounding markets. Prior to joining Transwestern, Amanda served as the San Francisco Regional Manager for Newmark and as a National Director and Senior Vice President for JLL. In her role as Senior Vice President, Amanda had overall accountability and oversight for the San Francisco market, which included 9 million square feet of Class A office product.
As a National Director for JLL, Amanda served on the National Excellence Committee. The committee included five market leaders who were charged with developing the firm’s best practices and ensuring successful and consistent standards were implemented for the Americas.
Amanda has taken three buildings through LEED Certification, including One Front Street, which won BOMA building of the year in its category in 2013. Amanda had full oversight of the first building in San Francisco to complete an elevator modernization, including full hybrid conversion, destination dispatch with security integration for seventeen elevators. Amanda has led project teams through multiple full building renovations, most notably One Front Street, 301 Howard, and 101 Mission.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
- Amanda was awarded Transwestern’s National Asset Services Team Member of the Year in 2023 and NorCal Regional Leadership in 2024.
- During Amanda’s 16-year tenure with JLL, she was awarded National Business Manager of the Year and Excellence in Management. Her team was recognized as the National Property Management Team of the Year.
- Amanda was a founding member of the Business Energy Coalition and has served on multiple BOMA committees, most recently the BOMA DEI Committee.
EDUCATION
Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration from UNA, California Real Estate License and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
