Amanda Hansen

Amanda Hansen is the Managing Senior Vice President leading the strategic oversight and performance of a 26 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio across Dallas-Fort Worth and Midland markets. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction across a diverse asset base, while mentoring high-performing teams and fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships. Her role focuses on business growth, asset value optimization, and delivering best-in class property management solutions aligned with ownership objectives.

Amanda has more than 17 years of commercial property management experience.  During her career, she has managed a variety of commercial real estate products including class-A offices, industrial business parks, medical office buildings and retail.  Amanda has represented prestigious clients such as 3Edgewood, Transwestern Investment Group, CBRE Investment Management, VanTrust Real Estate, Gladestone Companies, HCP, Inc., Sharpe Healthcare, Property Reserve Inc., and Mohr Capital.

Amanda attended Richland College, received a Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation from BOMI International, is a Harvard Manager Mentor Training Program graduate, and a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.
