TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Zac is a Vice President of Transwestern’s San Francisco office. He specializes in the leasing and sales of creative style buildings throughout San Francisco, with an emphasis on entrepreneurial Landlord and Tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions and market analysis for numerous clients. Zac constantly endeavors to utilize his market knowledge to deepen client relationships in order to drive value in their commercial real estate ventures.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

An awarded deal maker, Zac has worked in the for 8 years with time at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining Transwestern in 2016. In his career, Zac has been involved in over $350 million worth of real estate transactions. His focus is to bring integrity, responsiveness and clear communication for his clients throughout the real estate process.

EDUCATION

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Zac was also a dual sport athlete in both Water Polo (2x Division 1 National Champion) and Swimming. He holds a real estate license in the state of California (LIC# 01903840).
