Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Wilson serves as a Development Manager within the Logistics Group of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Dallas. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new industrial development opportunities within the DFW region. His role includes the tasks of acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and dispositions of ground up developments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his career, Wilson has participated in the development of more than 3 million square feet of industrial product totaling more than $225M in aggregate cost. Wilson is currently developing six logistics buildings across the DFW metroplex.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Wilson was a development manager with Johnson Development Associates Inc., where he was responsible for due diligence, design, permitting, and delivery of industrial projects in the Southwest region. Prior to this industrial role, Wilson participated in the development of institutional quality self-storage facilities throughout the Southeast region with Johnson Development Associates Inc.
