As a director in Transwesterns Southeast Healthcare Advisory Services Group, Tad partners with medical office building owners and healthcare professional tenants to source and evaluate real estate opportunities and develop innovative strategies to optimize value. He also leverages 20 years of dedicated market knowledge, experience, and relationships to expand the firms healthcare advisory services footprint and capabilities in the Nashville region.

Before joining Transwestern, Tad spearheaded market expansions in Nashville for Flagship Healthcare Properties, a Charlotte-based medical real estate firm, and Mohr Partners, a global real estate advisory firm based in Dallas. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Nashville market leader at TenantBase, where he managed recruitment, training, and operational oversight. With a decade of experience in healthcare real estate, Tad has worked with both large publicly traded REITs like Healthcare Realty and smaller regional firms like Flagship Healthcare REIT. His clientele includes major national health systems such as Kaiser Permanente, Catholic Health Initiatives, and Ascension, as well as regional organizations like Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance and Childrens Hospital of Colorado.

Tad earned a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from Belmont Universitys Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business.
