Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Spencer is directly responsible for the supervision, administration, and delivery of property management services in Los Angeles. Spencer has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate management.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Spencer served as director of operations for CB Richard Ellis, with direct responsibilities of over two million square feet of property management. He was responsible for the supervision of property managers, property operations, leasing and construction.  Prior to CBRE, he was general manager of a major high-rise in West Los Angeles with Tishman West Companies, where he was involved in all aspects of real estate accounting, budgeting, contract services, engineering and tenant relations activities.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Spencer is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

EDUCATION

Spencer received his bachelor's degree in finance at Brigham Young University. He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
