Sharla McCall

Sharla McCall is a member of Tranwestern’s xRM team. xRM is a Microsoft based customer relationship management (CRM) database. In this role Sharla provides support and service to team members across the Transwestern Family of Companies to improve their user experience with the xRM platform. Sharla is passionate about refining and sharing best practices and is an enthusiastic contributor to new initiatives and technology improvements. 

 

Sharla brings with her 9 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining the IT department Sharla was the Executive Assistant for the San Antonio office, where she supported both leadership and the brokerage team with daily operations. She worked closely with the San Antonio City Leader to track market activity, pursue new business, and prepared legal agreements. Sharla also contributed to producing and communicating best practices, policies, and procedures to team members across all service lines. As a marketing coordinator, Sharla supported a team of senior brokers specializing in Capital Markets, Occupier Solutions, Tenant Representation, and Agency Leasing. She produced property marketing materials and the coordinated lease and sale transactions.

 

Sharla joined Transwestern in 2013, bringing nearly 10 years of sales experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Sharla developed her sales and marketing skills at United Allergy Services as an inside sales representative where she collaborated with her team to share effective negotiation strategies and best practices. As a result of her insights and sales acumen, Sharla achieved increased sales for her designated territory. Sharla also served as a client services coordinator for Epic Health Services where she was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and staffing professionals while maintaining focus on client and employee retention.

Sharla received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
