Samantha Bowser

Samantha is a member of the Phoenix office’s Healthcare Advisory Services team. As the team’s senior brokerage coordinator, she works with the brokers to update and verify property listings, design and develop marketing materials, and create invoices.

Samantha brought several years of marketing experience to her role on the Healthcare team. While a marketing manager at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, she designed marketing materials for the firm’s 20 independent brokers, led the graphic design department, and produced demographic and market analyses. She previously served in marketing at SVN Desert Commercial Advisors and ran a successful freelance marketing business.

Samantha graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Retail and Consumer Science.
