Ron Smith

Lead Engineer Ron Smith serves as a roving engineer for Transwestern’s Maryland Industrial Services Team, rotating among properties to perform regular maintenance and responding to calls for assistance as needed. He meets with all contractors on site, performs bi-annual inspections of all properties and weekly inspections of vacancies.

Ron has 22 years of experience in property management engineering. Before joining Transwestern, he served as an engineer at Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Company and CB Commercial.

Ron holds a CFC refrigeration license.
