TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Robert Deptula specializes in real estate transaction and consulting needs for national and local    corporate clients, including acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit coordination, and other facility management assignments.  Since 1988, Robert has successfully completed over 20 million square feet in transactions for his clients in several major and secondary markets across the United States.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Clients such as Wells Fargo & Company, Energy Future Holdings (TXU), Highland Capital Management, NCR Corporation, Lennox Industries Inc., Texas Independent Bankers Bank and Michaels Stores, Inc. are just a few of the clients who have benefited from Robert’s trademark tenacity and persistence, creating advantageous results.  In 2007, Robert completed a 659,000 sale leaseback for Home Interiors and Gifts, Inc., which was recognized as the largest industrial transaction for the year.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Robert was a Principal at NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell. 
 
Prior to his career in real estate, Robert was a major account manager/product specialist at Xerox Corporation for over ten years.
 
Robert was recognized by CEO magazine in 2009 as one of the most Powerful brokers in the DFW area.
