Paul Borgesen

A Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Phoenix office, Paul is a market expert specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate in Arizona for investors, owner occupiers, and tenants.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Paul was a Senior Advisor at Sperry Van Ness Desert Commercial Advisors. During his eight-year tenure at SVN, he grew a well-regarded practice that focused on land development and sales, for industrial, multifamily and office use. He and his team successfully closed more than 12,000,000 square feet in building sales, ground-up development, and project consulting across the Greater Phoenix market, for clients including Wentworth Property Company, Wharton Equity Partners, Contour Real Estate, Shopoff Realty Investments, Trinsic Residential Group and Fore Properties. Before starting his commercial real estate career, Paul worked for Apollo Education Group.

Paul holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the NAIOP Young Professionals Group and the Urban Land Institute. While at SVN, he received numerous firm awards and accolades, including being named to the President’s Club and Partners’ Circle.
