Nicole Halsey-Palacios

As a Senior Project Manager in Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Construction Management Services Group, Nicole oversees construction for tenant relocations, buildouts, capital improvements and landlord oversight projects for public and government clients. She works directly with stakeholders on project operations, budgets and timelines, and manages coordination between owners, architects and general contractors.

In her career, Nicole has overseen the planning, design and construction of complex commercial buildouts ranging in size and scale. Notable projects include a 20,000-square-foot office relocation and expansion in Fairfax, VA for engineering firm CDM Smith, a 15,000-square-foot collaborative workspace buildout in Tysons, VA for Refraction, and a 15,000-square-foot tenant amenities buildout for a 171,000-square-foot, Class A office building in Washington, D.C.

 

Before joining Transwestern, Nicole was a general contractor specializing in medical facility construction for prominent healthcare systems, such as Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center at Georgetown University Hospital and Washington Cancer Institute at Medstar Hospital.
