TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Miranda serves as an Analyst and Construction Coordinator for Transwestern Development Company. Based in Dallas, she is responsible for helping underwrite ground-up industrial developments and assisting with reporting, drawing coordination and market analysis.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Miranda joined Transwestern in 2022 and has assisted in financing over $1.28 billion for development projects across multiple product types, including multi-family and industrial, in various cities nationwide.
