Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mike Hardage is responsible for originating and executing investment sales, mortgage finance and real estate investment banking services throughout the Central region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

A 23-year commercial real estate veteran, Mike has established and led the investment division for two of the nation’s largest real estate service providers.  In 1995, Mike founded the Dallas Investment Services Division at Transwestern Property Company, where he closed over 5.7 million square feet of investment property with a value in excess of $400 million. 
 
In 1999, he established the Dallas Investment Services platform at Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company, where he led the division to the number two rank of Dallas/Fort Worth Investment Firms during the 2000 to 2001 period.  At Trammell Crow Company he consummated over 42 million square feet with a value exceeding $400 million.

EDUCATION

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
