Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Michelle’s role includes owner, tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, building and tenant improvement construction, service contracts, inspections and managing the day-to-day operations of over 615,000 square feet of office space in the Metro Detroit Area.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Michelle joined the Transwestern team in 2004 as an Assistant Manager and quickly moved to a Property Manager position. Michelle has managed a diverse portfolio which has included high profile tenants such as GM, Roush Industries and Delphi Technologies. Over the span of her time at Transwestern, Michelle has been involved in obtaining TOBY (The Building of The Year) awards on two separate occasions and was instrumental in achieving LEED Certification by the Green Building Council, at one Class A office building.

Michelle is a member of BOMA Detroit and holds a professional designation as Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI.
