TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mark is responsible for directing and overseeing all operational aspects of Michigan Plaza, a 2-million-sf office complex. Mark has been employed at Michigan Plaza for over 25 years and brings a high level of engineering experience and leadership to Michigan Plaza and Transwestern.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Mark’s extensive career at Michigan Plaza has included construction management of lobby renovations, elevator and escalator modernization, and chiller replacements. Mark has also managed over 1 million square feet of tenant improvements. Additionally, he has led Michigan Plaza in numerous energy efficiency projects, which achieved the Commonwealth Edison Award of Recognition in 2016 for Monitoring Based Commissioning, as well as other awards. As a result of Mark’s diligence in pursuit of utility rebates, Michigan Plaza has received over 1 million dollars in rebates under Commonwealth Edison programs.
