Marjorie joined Transwestern in May 2019 and is currently managing a 143,733-square-foot property at 49 Geary Street and a 41,721-square-foot property at 720 Market Street, both located in San Francisco’s vibrant Union Square neighborhood. She is responsible for all operations including management, financial reporting, engineering, security and capital improvements.


Marjorie brings over 20 years of experience managing a variety of commercial real estate assets. Class-A, high-rise retail and office buildings that she’s managed include 345 California Street and 155 5th Street in San Francisco and 1000 4th Street in San Rafael, CA. Retail properties include a 1.5M-square-foot portfolio of big box stores located throughout 12 states. Marjorie also managed office, retail and industrial property portfolios in Indianapolis, IN and Washington, DC. Notable clients include Balboa Retail Partners, University of the Pacific, Ellis Partners, Geary-Market Investment Corp and Sunbelt Management Company.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Marjorie worked for Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, Citimark Management Company in Indianapolis and Quadrangle Development Corp in Washington, DC.
Marjorie worked for a member of Congress in the US House of Representatives in Washington, DC prior to commencing her career in real estate.


Marjorie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, graduating with honors from Ball State University, She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California (LIC# 01903852).
