Prior to turning her focus to workplace strategy at OPX, Logan developed years of experience as a commercial interior designer at firms such as OTJ. Once at OPX, Logan used her expertise to execute workplace strategy processes and implement design recommendations into a 10,000 sf expansion and renovation-in-place for large nonprofit law firm,
Institute for Justice, in Arlington, Virginia. Logan also spearheaded a workplace strategy project for Richmond-based municipal client, which included coordinating and executing observation studies, programming documents, conducting organizational growth studies, and developing test fits for a proposed 110,000 sf addition.
