Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Linda joined Transwestern in May of 2011.  She is currently the General Manager of Tuscany Plaza, a 260,000 square foot commercial office building located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Linda is responsible for day-to-day operations, tenant relations, project management, vendor contracting, risk management and financial reporting.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

A seasoned professional with over 20 years in the real estate industry and a successful track record in property management operations, Linda is qualified in all facets of commercial property management.  During her career she has managed assets for such notable ownerships as Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, UBS Realty Services, Aetna Life Insurance Company, MetLife, TA Realty, LNR Partners, AEW Capital Management and The St Joe Company. 
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Linda worked for L&W Commercial Real Estate Services as a Senior Property Manager and GVA Advantis as the Director of Management Services, responsible for the oversight of 5 million plus square feet of office, industrial and retail product in five major Florida markets.

Linda is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Real Property Administrator (RPA).
