TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As senior property manager, Linda is responsible for a portfolio of suburban office, industrial and retail properties. Her various responsibilities include renewal leasing, accounting, budgeting, contract negotiation, construction supervision for renovations and tenant improvements, tenant relations, asset enhancement and cost containment.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Linda has over 34 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She is experienced in the management of office, retail, industrial and retail properties for both private and institutional ownerships. Over the course of her career, Linda has been involved in tenant lease renewal and expansion negotiations, environmental remediation, extensive construction projects involving renovation and tenant improvements, and physical and mechanical enhancements. Linda is respected by her owners and has achieved significant cost reductions and real estate tax savings for her portfolio of properties.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). She has held several leadership roles with IREM and is a member of the 2018 IREM Orange County Council.
 
Linda has also earned the following awards:

EDUCATION

Linda holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from BOMA, a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from IREM, and is a licensed real estate professional and Notary Public in the state of California.
