TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Vice President/Senior Project Manager for the Southwest Region, Lester oversees all aspects of the capital improvements process, including new tenant buildouts, tenant remodels and completion of special projects. He also leads the commercial interiors team and is responsible for securing third-party projects across Houston, Austin and San Antonio.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Lester began his career in commercial real estate in 2010 as a Building Engineer at Greenspoint Plaza with Hines. His exceptional performance led to a rapid promotion to Operations Engineer at 811 Main in downtown Houston. Throughout his tenure with Hines, Lester specialized in building operations and construction, and took on the responsibility of engineer training. His notable corporate interiors projects include Kayne Anderson, Latham & Watkins, Swift Energy and the American Bureau of Shipping.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2015, he served in key roles on projects for Energy Transfer and Phillips 66 where he performed electrical and instrumentation for pipeline system solutions in the oil and gas area for Jacobs Engineering as a project manager.
 
Lester has been with Transwestern for 9 years, during which he has successfully managed over 200 projects. His extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of work, including corporate interiors, amenity centers, restaurants, laboratories, hardscapes, flood remediation, MEP upgrades and structural repairs.
