Laysa Landers

With 12 years of commercial real estate management experience, Laysa Fortenberry is responsible for all aspects of property management on multiple properties totaling over 420,000 square feet. Her primary responsibilities include building operations, budgeting, capital project management, lease administration and tenant construction management.

Prior to accepting her current role, Laysa assisted with property operations and management on the Dallas-Fort Worth KBS portfolio that consisted of multiple commercial and industrial properties totaling approximately 1M square feet. Her prior experience includes working for Stratus Properties on property development in Austin, Texas.

Laysa is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA), where she currently chairs the Community Service Committee.

Laysa attended The University of North Texas. She received her real estate license in 2007 and is currently a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate on track to receive her designation in 2018.
