Laura Lea

Laura joined Transwestern in 2021 and has specialized in Healthcare Real Estate since 2015. She is a Commercial Real Estate professional with medical office, retail, land, and development experience in the Central Texas and Southwest real estate markets. Her background includes land acquisition and disposition, investment sales, leasing and operational performance of multi-faceted portfolios. Prior to joining Transwestern she was a Senior Transaction Manager under the Healthcare Services platform at CBRE, Inc. where she gained valuable experience in understanding the complexities of medical leasing including compliance and adherence to hospital campus interests.

 

In her previous roles she was the Manager of Development & Investments for Pure Real Estate Partners, LP and was also a member of the Investment Services team at Aquila Commercial in Austin, Texas. Past experience includes site selection and Southwest market development for JP Morgan Chase ATM Group, as well as brokerage and marketing for over 500 acres of mixed-use development in Georgetown, Texas. Her career began at Arden Realty, Inc. in Los Angeles as a Project Manager dedicated to in-house architectural services for approximately 20M square feet of Arden’s office portfolio. Throughout her career Laura has represented numerous clients in sale and lease transactions.
