Laura Keiner

Laura joined Transwestern in 2009. Laura currently serves as the executive assistant to the Executive Vice President in the Austin office in addition to supporting Tenant Advisory  brokers. Laura is responsible for contract administration, property marketing, market research, lease transaction coordination and the various administrative activities associated with this role.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Laura spent two years as a brokerage assistant at The Stone Group, where she supported several tenant representation specialists and the corporate services department. Her role included marketing, accounting, lease administration and broker support. Prior to her work with The Stone Group, Laura spent three years as an executive assistant and four years as a property assistant at Crescent Real Estate Equities, supporting the director of property management and the leasing managers for a portfolio of over 2 million square feet.

Laura is a prior member of and actively participates in programs sponsored by the following organizations:

 

• The Downtown Austin Alliance

• The Commercial Brokers Association (CBA)

Laura received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Texas in Austin. She is a licensed Notary Public for the State of Texas.
