Kristin Gibbons

Kristin is responsible for the management and operations, including overseeing the leasing and construction management activities, of 201 East Washington, a 613,409-square-foot, 24-story high-rise offering Class A, mixed-use office and retail space in Downtown Phoenix. She is a member of the Phoenix Transwestern team, which provides innovative asset services for approximately 9.4 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix.

A dedicated property management professional, Kristin brings 20 years of industry relationships, commercial real estate experience and in-depth market knowledge to her role at Transwestern. Prior to joining the firm's Phoenix team, she was a Senior Vice President & Market Leader with the Kidder Mathews, responsible for all asset/property management services operations and business development. Previously, she held senior property management roles at Everest Holdings, Ventas/Lillibridge Healthcare Services, ADVISORS Commercial Real Estate, and Main Street Real Estate Advisors.
 

During her career, Kristin has gained experience in all facets of property management through the complete lifecycle of acquisition, management/operation and disposition of assets. She has spearheaded construction management projects of all sizes, from tenant renovations to large-scale capital improvements, including the $45 million redevelopment of a four-building medical office portfolio in Mesa. She has actively developed strong relationships with brokerage teams to help attract and retain high-value tenants. With a keen analytical eye, she has negotiated architectural and construction contracts and managed lease administration, including review of LOIs, draft leases and tenant negotiations, gaining a reputation of fairness from parties on all sides.

Kristin attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and Brigham Young University-Idaho.
