TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kathy is a Property Manager working with a private investor client in Maryland. She serves as a critical link between the day-to-day property operations and accounting teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information on both sides to keep teams in sync. She prepares all owner/property management financial reports and monthly accruals, identifies variances and prepares the annual budgets for the 28 buildings in her portfolio.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kathy began her property management career with Transwestern in 2002 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in 2003 at the Mount Washington Corporate Campus, a 1.1 million-square-foot Class A suburban office campus in Baltimore, Maryland. Kathy left Transwestern in 2005 to continue her property management career with SBER as an Assistant Manager, where she managed a portfolio of eight buildings with a mix of Class A office buildings and retail stores totaling more than 1.75 million square feet in Harbor East for H&S Properties. In 2010, Kathy returned to Transwestern to manage the Johns Hopkins at Keswick property which consists of 415,353 square feet of office space.
