Justin Davis

Justin Davis is an Associate Leasing Agent on Transwestern's Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory Services Team. He is responsible for leasing over 1.1 million square feet of medical space around the greater Houston area.

Before joining Transwestern, Justin was a business development specialist in the Energy business for 17 years successfully growing Oil and Gas accounts by building key relationships, identifying needs and solving problems. He then went on to start his own company focused on redeveloping distressed residential assets in desirable neighborhoods in Houston. During that time, he attained his real estate license to help him further pursue his passion of real estate. He brings these skills, experiences, and relationships with him into his role at Transwestern to help building owners and business owners achieve their goals.
