TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Juan is the Chief Engineer for Chevy Chase Plaza at 5301 Wisconsin Avenue, a 171,000 square foot, LEED Silver certified office building in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of Chevy Chase. Juan manages the engineering team and provides direction and guidance for the property’s safe, efficient and sustainable operations

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Juan has been with Transwestern since 2008, but his career spans nearly three decades, having worked for companies such as Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and Carey Winston (Transwestern’s predecessor). While working for C&W, he was part of the engineering team that helped Discovery World headquarters become the ninth building in the country to be certified LEED Platinum EB.
