TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Joe McCormick serves as Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Services Groups. He specializes in working with owners and users of medical office spaces on agency leasing, tenant representation, investment services and strategic account management. He works closely with each client to understand their requirements and determine the best options based on needs and market conditions, often working in conjunction with the Transwestern National Healthcare platform to provide optimal service.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to rejoining Transwestern in 2017, Joe was Vice President at HBW Group where he represented landlords and tenants in both office and healthcare-related commercial real estate transactions throughout the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. He previously worked at Transwestern from 2006 to 2013.

Joe has an MBA from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in English literature from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
