TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Chief Engineer, John Maxwell is responsible for the operations on 1750 Penn Ave and 750 17th St. in Washington, DC. He is responsible for the daily operations, building maintenance, scheduling, and overseeing of contractors for all projects and distributed work orders.

John Maxwell has 38 years of building maintenance and operation experience. He started working for Carey Winston in 1983 as a day porter and has worked his way up to being a Chief at multiple buildings in the DC area.
