Joe Michel has over 25 years of experience in the Washington, D.C., commercial real estate market representing both landlords and tenants. His experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate leasing for local and institutional owners, investors and developers. He has been involved in excess of 13 million square feet of office leasing. His in-depth knowledge of the market and his experience provides a strong platform to meet the needs of his clients.
