Joe Karmin has worked in the industry for over 15 years and specializes in representing both private and institutional tenants and owners. His clients admire and appreciate his in-depth market knowledge, tenacious work ethic, and ability to stay responsive and accountable throughout the deal cycle. He takes pride in ensuring his clients have all the critical knowledge needed before making any real estate decision.
Joes focus extends in all directions from OHare, and he is one of the most active value-add brokers in multiple Chicagoland submarkets. Joe prides himself in putting together the best team of brokers for any client and their distinct needs.

Since joining Transwestern, Joe has completed over 29.3 million SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $928 million. Prior to joining Transwestern, Joe worked as a leasing agent for Roland Realty Inc.
