Joe Karmin has worked in the industry for over 15 years and specializes in representing both private and institutional tenants and owners. Joe’s focus extends in all directions from O’Hare, and he is one of the most active value-add brokers in multiple Chicagoland submarkets. Joe prides himself in putting together the best team of brokers for any client and their distinct needs.

Since joining Transwestern, Joe has completed over 32 million SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $1.1 billion. Prior to joining Transwestern, Joe worked as a leasing agent for Roland Realty Inc.

Joe graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences majoring in communication, with a concentration in organization communication.
