Joani Collis

Joani provides administrative assistance to the Executive Vice President, Asset Management and the Brokerage team in the Detroit branch. She is mainly responsible for creative concepts and the development & execution of all marketing materials for each of Transwestern Detroits distinct services linesagency leasing, property & facility management, and tenant advisory. Her experience in event management is valued as she coordinates broker and other events related to marketing the properties and/or Transwesterns brand in the Detroit Region.

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2015, Joani was a Senior Leasing Coordinator at The Taubman Company for 17 years. She supported two Vice Presidents in the retail leasing of regional shopping centers. In addition, Joani held a major project leadership role in coordinating the companys annual involvement, attendance and the 7,200sf booth build out at the Las Vegas RECon (The Global Retail Real Estate Convention). A list of her previous responsibilities that directly relate to marketing included website development, departmental creative needs, new project leasing and grand opening events.

A graduate from Central Michigan University (CMU), Joani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
