Jenny Dibble

Jenny L. Dibble is Transwestern’s property manager for the Denso International America Headquarters located in Southfield, Michigan. Her responsibilities include the oversight of maintenance, contracts, monthly accounting and budgeting for approximately 386,000 square feet of office space on this over 36-acre campus.

 

With 25 years of property management experience, Jenny has managed all types of commercial properties including office, retail and flex space.

Prior to rejoining Transwestern, Jenny was the senior property manager with Najor Companies where she oversaw the management and accounting of over 13 different office and retail sites as well as the accounting functions of an additional 12 entities.

 

Prior to that, Jenny was part Transwestern’s management staff for 5 years at Twelve Mile Crossing at Fountain Walk, an outdoor shopping and entertainment destination in Novi, Michigan. She also spent 6 years at the Sheffield Office Park in Troy, Michigan, a 517,000 square foot office complex, where she started as an administrative assistant and was quickly promoted to assistant property manager and then property manager.

Jenny is currently a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
