TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Research Manager, Jennifer oversees and supports all facets of Transwestern’s Strategic Accounts Management (SAM) program. She collaborates with both national and local teams and leadership, using tailored strategies, powerful analytics, and thorough research to uncover opportunities for clients.  With a client centric approach, Jennifer integrates market intelligence, team member input, and client strategies/goals to identify business development opportunities and follow up with custom analysis and recommendations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jennifer joined Transwestern in 2021, taking charge of research and analytics in the Phoenix market. She gathered and interpreted essential data for local market reports and offered insightful and strategic real estate analysis. This included evaluating competitor locations, acquisition strategies, sales volumes, and other key information. Beyond standard reporting, Jennifer created thoughtful and insightful deliverables for both internal and external partners.
 
In 2022, Jennifer expanded her role to become the National Investment Services Research Leader. In this position, she collaborated with the Transwestern Investment Group to develop custom national thought leadership pieces and reports which informed and educated internal business partners on investment and finance trends in the evolving commercial real estate market.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Jennifer gained extensive commercial real estate knowledge at Cresa as Vice President of Research, where she consulted for a leading pharmaceutical company in San Francisco. Jennifer has been perfecting her research skills for many years, previously working as a consumer product researcher for Fortune 100 companies and as a business analyst in Colorado Springs. There, she focused on aligning educational opportunities with workforce demand to create a strong and diverse employment pipeline.

EDUCATION

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
