Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Senior Vice President, Jen Mock, leads Transwestern's Asset Services business in Maryland, Southern Virginia and New Jersey, overseeing more than 10 million square feet of office, data center, medical, life science, flex, and industrial product types. Her responsibilities include supervising a large and diverse team, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial reporting, budget creation and review, and construction oversight for large-scale capital improvement and tenant build-outs.
 
Jen works closely with institutional and private investor clients maintaining outstanding partnerships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Jen has successfully led the acquisition and disposition of several large assets and has worked with owners on ground-up construction and building conversions at Transwestern.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Jen joined Transwestern in 2013 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. During her career, Jen has gained experience working in both owner-operator and third-party environments, managing a broad range of commercial assets. Before joining Transwestern, she served as a Portfolio Manager for Corporate Office Property Trust (COPT) in Columbia, Maryland, where she managed roughly 3 million square feet of commercial office space. She has an extensive background with various United States government agency tenants and has held a Top Secret security clearance for many years.

Jen holds a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University. She has completed years of continuing education and certifications through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
