Jeannine Bean

Jeannine has over 20 years of experience in the property management field. She spent 16 years at Bank of America Plaza, the largest Class A multi-tenant office building in South Texas measuring over 533,000 square feet.  At the time, Bank of America Plaza’s tenants included a banking institution with vault services, GSA, and several national law firms. While working at Bank of America Plaza, she multi-tasked, prioritized, and managed a fast-paced professional office environment including daily supervision of office staff.  Jeannine also has experience with tenants in the healthcare industry including a surgery center at Ashford Oaks Medical Building and a variety of medical offices at Legacy Oaks Medical Plaza.  Jeannine has assisted in property takeovers, to include the transition of REO and Receivership portfolios.  Jeannine has successfully served Lowe Enterprises, Talcott Realty Investors, C-III Asset Management, Woodside Capital Partners and Velocis Legacy, LP.  In addition to her property management tasks, she also enhanced operational excellence through conducting technical training events for administrative personnel spotlighting company best practices, group and individual continuing education opportunities, and community enhancing volunteering events for Transwestern San Antonio team members.
