Ashley Spain

Ashley Spain joined Transwestern in 2011.  She serves as General Manager for the Central Texas Asset Services division.  Ashley currently manages approximately 700,000 square feet of suburban office and industrial product, and a team of 7 property professionals. Her duties include preparation of budgets and escalations, reconciliation of expenses, collection of rents and resolving delinquencies, financial reporting, supervision of tenant and building improvements, oversight of service contracts and tenant and vendor certificates of insurance, performance of property inspections, lease administration, and problem resolution.

Ashley is proficient in several accounting software applications including MRI, Kardin and Yardi. She is also experienced in sustainability certifications such as WELL Health + Safety and BREEAM In Use.

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree from University of Texas at Austin. Ashley is a licensed real estate salesperson for the State of Texas.
