TRANSWESTERN ROLE

In her role at Transwestern, Janet has a variety of responsibilities focusing on retail real estate in the Twin Cities.  One of her specialties is working with landlords in leasing up their shopping centers.  This includes creating marketing pieces that make the properties stand out in their respective trade areas and finding the right tenants to fill vacancies.  Janet also works closely with local developers in the Twin Cities ’ managing third party reports, coordinating project financing, and preparing advertising pieces.  Janet’s wide-ranging experience in the commercial real estate field has prepared her to complete any assignment as needed by her clients.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Janet has more 30 years of commercial real estate experience.  Prior to joining Transwestern, Janet was employed by Colliers International for 24 years where she worked closely with both retail tenants and developers in the Twin Cities.  Janet aided retail tenants in their site selection and helped coordinate the purchase and redevelopment of over one million square feet of shopping center space.
