Jack Ellis

Jack Ellis is an Associate broker at Transwestern in the greater Denver market. Specializing in tenant advisory and workplace solutions, Jack is a dedicated associate on our growing Denver team and focuses on helping tenants in all sectors find the perfect solution.

Jack started at Transwestern in 2021, and he has hit the ground running completing more than 60,000sf of office and industrial transactions. He joins our team of tenant advisors having over 30 years of experience, completing $1 billion in deals.

 

Jack has worked with a wide range of clients including Colorado Fire and Police Pension Fund, FirstBank, Tivoli Brewery, Doida Crow Legal, and Ideal Home Loans.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jack worked at HomeAdvisor as a sales representative where he was in the top 10% for time spent with clients and consistently beating sales expectations. Within this role and previous work at the Castle Pine Golf Course, he developed his relationship prowess. Jack has learned how to grow meaningful connections and simplify complex problems into simple solutions for his clients.

Jack received his bachelor’s degree in sport leadership and management from the Miami University.
