Henry Knapek

As senior vice president, Henry is responsible for overseeing the Dallas Region's development and other industrial service activities.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Henry served as president, chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors of Bradford Companies.  He was responsible for overall company operation including property sales, development financial reporting and the property management, leasing and marketing of a portfolio of 16 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties

 

In addition, Henry served in numerous capacities at Vantage from 1972 thru 1997.  At Vantage he was responsible for the development and financing of 2 million square feet of office space, 9 million square feet of industrial properties, and 2 million square feet retail space.

Henry holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University.
