In her role as Art Director of Transwestern Business Development, Gina oversees design and visual communication to develop new business strategies, enhance client engagement, design external marketing pieces and brand properties and teams. Gina collaborates with marketing teams, brokers, leadership and clients nationwide in all Transwestern service lines to execute high-quality pitches, marketing materials, branding and building collateral.
Gina is also responsible for the creative direction of the Transwestern Business Development design staff, for the production and implementation of strong visual strategies and campaigns and for the management of clear and effective communication between teams involved in new business projects. Her focus is on consistency in messaging, design and execution. She collaborates with other designers to support new business ventures at Transwestern.

Gina began her design career in industry-specific insurance as a marketing designer, where she learned the ropes of marketing and design integration. She gained a love for 3D branding implementation at Interbrand Design Forum as a young designer. Prior to joining Transwestern, Gina was lead designer for a Chicago-based branding and marketing creative agency where she worked for many well-respected not-for-profit organizations and B2B clients in Chicago and around the country. Her jane-of-all-trades mentality developed across all these positions — making her a great fit at Transwestern, ready to tackle any challenge.

Gina received her bachelor’s degree in visual communication design from Kent State University, with a minor in marketing. She studied communication sciences and language in Florence, Italy. She was a student AIGA member and student mentor.
