Frank Rutkoski

Assistant Director of Engineering Frank Rutkoski has been with Transwestern since 2009. He provides cost-efficient, value-added solutions to engineering, technical and environmental challenges to maximize returns and added asset value. Frank is also a member of the Transwestern Regional Engineering Committee, a team that assists with all engineering operations, technical support, and training for engineers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Frank has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and property management field. Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked at RREEF - Deutsche Bank Real Estate for nearly 13 years.  Frank is also a United States Air Force veteran.

Frank is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Virginia and a LEED® Green Associate. He holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and holds a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer license in Washington, D.C.
