Ferdi Lazo-Salvador

Ferdi has been with Transwestern for five years and currently serves as an Assistant Building Engineer in a portfolio of seven, Class A office buildings at Metro Park. He has more than 20 years of building engineering experience and applies that knowledge to performing and documenting preventive maintenance work and providing support to our team of building engineers and property management.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Ferdi worked for Sheraton Hotel Corporation for fourteen years where he serviced appliances, general plumbing and HVAC.

Ferdi has completed courses in basic electricity, plumbing and HVAC at the Center for Professional Education in Alexandria, Virginia. In addition, he completed OSHA 10-hour safety training and NFPA-70E Arc Flash safety training classes.
