David Duncan

David serves as a Partner in the Houston office for Transwestern’s Industrial Development group with a primary focus on the Houston and Austin markets. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting industrial development opportunities, managing the design/entitlement process and facilitating the vertical construction.

David supported project management on a number of developments including Southwest Commerce Center, a 477,000 sf project in Houston, Texas; Stafford Crossing, a 334,000 sf project in Stafford, Texas; Southpark Commerce Center V, a 350,170 sf project in Austin, Texas; Chisholm Trail, a 442,000 sf project in Round Rock, Texas; Sam Houston Distribution Center, a 833,740 sf project in Houston, Texas; and Sugar Land Crossroads, a 326,000 sf project in Sugar Land, TX. David is currently developing two proposed industrial projects in Houston totaling 2 million square feet.
