Daniel Walsh

Dan serves as Senior Vice President of Development and is based in Scranton, PA. He is responsible for sourcing and executing institutional industrial projects in the Northeast U.S. with a primary emphasis on Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. 

Dan has over twenty years of unique experience in the real estate industry. He provides advisory services to Cushman & Wakefield’s existing and new clients throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding markets as part of the I-81/I-78 Industrial Team. His primary focus is agency leasing, building sales, land sales, tenant/buyer representation and the marketing of investment grade industrial buildings and parks.

 

Previously, Dan served as Vice President, Corporate Services, at Mericle Commercial Real Estate. He worked on projects as diverse as site selection for national retailers, industrial land sales and medical/laboratory leasing. 

 

Prior to working with Mericle, Dan was employed by the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce where he served as Administrator of The Scranton Plan, a nationally recognized, award-winning economic development agency. He played an active role in recruiting several major employers to Northeastern Pennsylvania.

 

Dan is also a veteran of the United States Air Force and Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Personal clients of Dan include:  NorthPoint Development Partners, Hudson’s Bay, Prologis, First Industrial, Endurance Real Estate Group, Kane Logistics and Portman Industrial, among others.
