TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Craig Baldwin, senior vice president at Transwesterns Central region office in Dallas, serves on the project management team providing project development services and construction management for clients throughout the region. He is instrumental in meeting clients expectations by managing the vendor selection process, bid leveling and overseeing project schedules to timely completion. His ability to communicate effectively contributes to the overall success of each project.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Craig brings more than 26 years of experience to the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Transwestern, Craig managed tenant improvement projects in commercial office, retail, industrial, hotel and medical office buildings in a portfolio consisting of over 5 million square feet.
He managed emergency response and recovery during and after Hurricane Ike struck Houston in September 2008. His coordination of team members and contractors minimized the damage to properties and contents. Craig also worked as a liaison with adjusters for property insurance claims.
Craigs experience also extends to managing capital improvement projects and playing an instrumental role in acquisition due diligence.
